Well deserved rest after a long day

Well deserved rest after a long day

One of the best things about being a landscaper is that after a hard day’s work you get to sit on your own handiwork!

      Hi Margaret:
It’s great that you are thinking so far ahead!

You didn’t mention where you were located. The important thing to remember is that vegetable seedlings are fragile – so you want to pick a time in your region when you are pretty sure that the frosts are over. Here in the Vancouver Lower Mainland, we are considered to be mostly in Zone 7. This means that by May you should be able to safely transplant your seedlings or broadcast your seeds.

Remember to mulch your garden to keep the weeds down!
